Isulan is centrally located and is accessible to all neighboring towns not only within the Province of Sultan Kudarat Province but also in some municipalities of the Province of Maguindanao, South Cotabato and even that of Davao del Sur. It is bounded on the North by the Municipality of Esperanza, Northeast by the Municipality of Lambayong; on the East by Tacurong Municipality; on the South by the municipalities of Bagumbayan and Sen. Ninoy Aquino; on the Southeast by the municipality of Norala, South Cotabato; and on the West by the Municipalities of Lebak and Kalamansig. It has a total land area of 54,125 hectares.

The present territories of Isulan formerly belonged to the municipalities of Koronadal and Dulawan. The municipality of Koronadal was created under E.O. No. 82 dated August 8, 1947 by Pres. Manuel L. Roxas.
0n March 10, 1953, the municipality of Norala, Cotabato was created by virtue of E.O.NO.572, whose territorial jurisdiction was taken from the municipality of Koronadal.
Datu Kudanding Camsa in the latter part of 1956 initiated the creation of another municipality to be taken from the Municipality of Norala, Cotabato.
On March 20, 1957, Engr. Jose M. Ancheta of the Bureau of Public Highways of Cotabato made its first endorsement to the provincial board and laid down the proposed boundaries of the new municipality.
Acting on this report, the provincial board of Cotabato thru Resolution No. 316 series of 1957, petitioned the President of the Philippines to create the proposed municipality.
Executive Order No. 266, pursuant to section 68 of the Administrative Code, issued and signed by the then President Carlos P. Garcia on August 30, 1957, creating the municipality of Isulan, whose territorial jurisdiction was taken from the municipality of Norala, Cotabato and Dulawan, Cotabato (Now Datu Piang, Maguindanao).
With the creation of the municipality of Isulan, Kalawag became the seat of its government. The municipal government officially functioned on September 12, 1957 with the appointment of its municipal mayor Datu Suma Ampatuan who served until 1967.

This is not much different from what another favourite of mine Sachin Tendulkar has quoted very often. He believes in “whatever level you reach getting better never stops”.

• Current education system is developing pressure on students head
• University intelligence is useful & making some impact in the life but it cannot be at the cost of life

• Necessity creates pressure and forces you to invent something or to make it happen or to use your potential
• Aamir Khan in this film, 3 idiots, is able to prove in the film by using vacuum pump at the last moment.

8. Simplicity in life• Life is need base never want base. Desires have no ends.• Simplicity is way of life and Indian culture highly stresses on simple living and high thinking, and this is the way of life: ‘Legs down to earth and eyes looking beyond the sky’ Money, material comfort and happiness are not related. The richest man is not the happiest man for sure and all the so called middle class also get a fair share of happy moments in their life.
9. Industrial Leadership• Dean of the institute in 3 idiots is showing very typical leadership. He has his own principles values and ideology and he leads the whole institute accordingly.
• This is an example of current institutional leadership. In the present scenario, most of the institutes are fixed in a block or Squarish thinking

10. Love is time & space free• Trust your partner
• Love is not time bound and space bound
• It is very well demonstrated in this movie same love was demonstrated by Krishna and Meera.

11. Importance of words in communication• If communication dies, everything dies.
• Each word has impact and value in communication.
• One word if used wrongly or emphasized wrongly or paused at a wrong place in communication what effect it creates and how is it affected is demonstrated very well in this movie.
This is so true and this why people with the best of communication skills are at the helm everywhere

12. Mediocrity is penalized• Middle class family or average talent or average institute is going to suffer and has to pay maximum price in the life if they do not upgrade their living standards.
• To be born poor or as an average person is not a crime but to die as an average person with middle class talent is miserable and if you are unable to optimize your potentiality and die with unused potentiality then that is your shameful truth.• One should not die as a mediocre He/she has to bring out genius inside him/her and has to use his/her potentiality to the optimum level
